Under the direction of
the Senior Manager of Training, the Training Administrator is responsible for
the smooth and efficient operation of the E4D University, a state-of-the-art
dental office and laboratory training facility. DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
�
Assist in maintaining training classroom assignments/schedules. �
Schedule attendees for training courses, typically 10-25 people per
session. �
Coordinate attendee travel arrangements with travel agency and hotel. �
Assist with production of all training handouts and signage. �
Ensure facilities are in good condition and that systems and sufficient
quantities of training materials are available for each session. �
Order catering and organize setup.
